Magnolia Sweet is my childhood on a dessert plate. Each dish embodies stories, memories, traditions, and most of all … love! As a GRitS (Girl Raised in the South), my Saturday evenings and the nights before special occasions were spent watching and helping my mother, older sisters, grandmother, and aunts prepare traditional Southern soul food with their unique twists and adaptations. Their heart AND their soul went into every single dish. My vision is to bring you some of those tastes - the sweet tastes - of my home, Mississippi, the Magnolia State.
